FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where do we park?
One hour metered parking is available on Atlantic street and Bell street from 6AM-7PM with free parking after 7PM. You can also park at the Bell Street Garage which is also metered parking but allows you to park for a longer period of time. Sundays are free to park until 5PM
How do I book an appointment?
To schedule an appointment you can call the Salon at 203-614-8679 anytime between 10am- 4pm OR CLICK HERE to make a reservation online.
Shipping Policy for Shop
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Once your items have shipped you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information. Orders are processed on business days only. This excludes weekends and holidays. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Vanity Studio Hair Bar also offers in store pickup for our local clients.
Upon checking out please choose in store pick up in the shipping section; you will not be charged a shipping fee. Processing times still apply. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shop Return & Exchanges
Vanity Studio Hair Bar does not offer returns or refunds unless in the rare case of a product defect. Once your order is placed there are no cancellations. If in the rare case your product is defective we ask that you send pictures of the product to vanitystudioct@gmail.com.
Any hair extensions cannot be colored, or heat styled, or altered in any way. Please be conscious of the products you use in the hair extensions. We suggest sulfate free shampoos and low alcohol based products. Oil Sheen and any other aerosols are not recommended for use on any hair extensions. All Sales are final.
How do I apply to your academy?
To apply for the academy, please visit the Academy Page and download the application file. Once you’ve filled out the application, please send it back to us at vanitystudioct@gmail.com. Your application will then be reviewed by our team and you will receive a call back to discuss the next steps.
You are also welcome to call the salon at 203-614-8679 between 10AM-4PM and schedule an in person tour and application where you will receive a one on one tour of the facility
